FAQs

What’s the last date I can order to get the T-shirt before Christmas?

UK orders: the last shipping date is midday GMT on Thursday 17th December. We'll update the last shipping dates for the rest of the world as soon as we can.

When will my T-shirt arrive?

Your T-shirt is sent as soon as you check out, and you’ll be sent a confirmation email. Delivery times may vary.

How does the recipient redeem their membership?

On the date you choose, they’ll get an email with a link and instructions to activate their membership.

What if the recipient is already a member?

No problem. The gift membership will be added on to their current subscription.

Can I return the T-shirt?

No, we cannot offer refunds or returns on the free T-shirt so please check details carefully before checking out.

Can I gift to someone in another country?

Yes. The membership is emailed, so it can go to anyone, anywhere. We offer global shipping for the T-shirt, but delivery times and the last order date for Christmas may differ by country.
